2025 Opening Season

Ripponden Christmas Tree Farm was set up in 2007 and is now a mature plantation of about 7,000 Christmas trees. The plantation you see today was planted between 2007-2011, and since then re-planting to replace trees that are sold each Christmas.   The Nordman fir “non-drop” tree forms about 75% of everything that is grown, reflecting its popularity with customers. The remainder of trees are a mixture of traditional Norway spruce, Blue spruce and Fraser fir, with a scattering of minority species to give the plantation its colourful & mixed effect.
